friendly staff valet parking
the staff were friendly and helpful luggage was taken to the room for me as i arrived early i used the valet parking it was easy and convenient.
the room brochure said breakfast served till 11 it stopped at 10 there was confusion on the time of breakfast

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is practical and close to the minster and a short walk from the station.
the room was very clean and well-kept. i had a great double room. the breakfast offered many choices and was of excellent quality. the location was excellent, very close to main attractions.
the non-alcoholic drink selection in the bar seemed quite limited.

The hotel is near the main attractions and public transportation. It makes sightseeing very easy. the minster is just across the street. It provides a beautiful view from nearby points! the proximity to key landmarks is a huge advantage.

a reasonable stay
great location clean rooms spacious rooms noisy room late noise kitchen area
the location of the hotel was great. it was very close to the minster (friends couldn't believe it). the rooms were very clean and spacious for three people.
my room was over the kitchen and dining area. it was noisy with doors banging and people talking until 1 am. i could hear workers talking. i didn't get to sleep till 2am when it went quiet.
